How to create excel macro

What is Macro?

Excel Macro is a record and playback tool that simply records your Excel steps and the macro will play it back as many times as you want. VBA Macro save time as they automate repetitive tasks. it is a piece of programming code that runs in an excel environment but you don't need to be a coder to program macros

Enable the settings:

• Go to file. Click options

• Click to customize ribbon. Tick the developer box

• Now we can see the small macro icon in bottom bar

• Click that button. Start recording

• Now go ahead with your activities

• Stop recording macro

• We have more ways to play the macro, will see major two ways to play:

Way 01:

• Go to Developer tab ==> check for macros and run

Way 02:

• We can use inserts shapes or download suitable png images for our macro

• Right click on it. Click with assign macro

• Now click on the inserted image or shape. The assigned macro will run
