How to Use Clear formats/Format painter

      CLEAR FORMATS/FORMAT PAINTER

Step 01:  Clear formats, is one of the highly usable option in Excel

Step 02:  It makes all cell values in same format

Step 03:  In home tab we can see the clear format option in editing tab

Step 04:  There is clear format option

Step 05:  Once we clicked through the option we can see the workbook things are formatted same
