How to Highlight & Remove duplicates

Highlight & Remove duplicates:

 

Step 01:    Select the Column which requires to remove & highlight duplicates

Step 02: Go with-Conditional format option will be there

Step 03: We can see the Highlight cell rules

Step 04: Select DUPLICATE VALUES

Step 05: Now the duplicate values will be highlighted

Step 06: Will see how to remove the duplicates

Step 07: Go to DATA Tab -There will be option as Remove duplicates

Step 08: once we selected the column and clicking through Remove duplicates , the values will be deleted with a notification
